still have the option and potential
to TRANSFORM and convert virtually
any stressful or negative experience into some degree of
positive , beneficial or healing experience if

Converting stress and difficulty

lemon, make lemonade", etc., etc. Not bad
advice.
Because life IS so difficult, we ALL must
learn to develop the art of seeing
through the outer
appearance of difficulties, pain, and
sorrow into their hidden and inherent value and
benefits if we ever wish to gain true mastery
of life. Once you can do this, life ceases to
be quite so difficult or stressful. In fact,
this was the core essence of the Buddha's
teaching. That life is difficult and
stressful primarily because of our dogmatic
insistence and'attachment') to our
many false notions and illusions.
Life is NOT necessarily what we think it is!
We ourselves determine whether we live in a state of
mental, emotional turmoil (ie: hell) or one of
joy and peace (heaven). Both heaven and hell are
STATES of MIND! Jesus,
Buddha, and all other great teachers
have also taught the essential rule that the
'kingdom of heaven is
within'.
This program will show you how you can accomplish
this simple change of perception INSTANTLY! The
hardest part is
simply CHOOSING to see
things from a different perspective! To cease
